1. Is My MusicRings really free? Is there any cost to using the service?

 

 

My MusicRings is 100% free. We do not charge you for using the service. No credit cards. No subscriptions. No cost to you. Period. You will only be charged by your carrier for the cost of a text message or internet use, depending on your messaging and data plans.

 

 

2. How do I know if I can download and play content from My MusicRings?

 

 

First, make sure your phone supports the playing of MP3 format files. And next, make sure that you have a data plan and phone browser to connect to the Web. That's it!

 

 

3. How can I download content if I don't have a data plan or if I use a carrier not on the list or outside the US?

 

 

Don't worry, My MusicRings allows you to save your content to your PC. From there, you can easily transfer the content to your phone using your phone's USB cable or with a data card.

 

 

 

4. How can I re-download my content to my phone in case I lose or change it?

 

 

Just go to My Locker and there, you'll see all the content you've ever created using My MusicRings. Simply click on Send to Phone to re-send the content to your phone!

 

 

5. How can I download content for AT&T or T-Mobile?

 

 

  • You will receive your ringtone or wallpaper from My MusicRings in a text message a few seconds after you send the content to your phone.
  • Just simply open the message, look for an option on your menu which says SAVE ADDRESS , or GO, EXTRACT, USE DETAIL, DOWNLOAD
  • Your phone browser will then open and direct you to the My MusicRings WAP download page.
  • You will see the title of the content you sent to your phone. Just click on that link and your content will be downloaded to your phone

 

 

6. How can I download content for Sprint?

 

 

  • You will receive your ringtone or wallpaper from My MusicRings in a text message a few seconds after you send the content to your phone.
  • Open the text message and click on Go.
  • Since your download is not from Sprint's site, click on Continue when you see the warning that this is a non-trusted file. Click Continue
  • After the content has been downloaded, you will have 3 options:
    • Listen
    • Set As
    • Shop
  • Scroll to and click on Set As.
  • Scroll to and click on Caller ID.
  • Your phone is now set to the ringtone that you created with My MusicRings.

 

 

 

7. How can I download content for Verizon?

 

 

With Verizon, you can download your content to your PC and then attach it in an email and send it to your phone's address which is:  10digitphonenumber@vzwpix.com. You will then receive an MMS message from Verizon with your attached content which you can save to your phone.
